1 lb. cooked drained sausage, ham chunks or bacon
2 c. grated longhorn cheese
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
9 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 slices white bread, cubed

Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard together. Put bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass or pyrex dish. Layer meat then cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 8-10.
