2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. of butter
3/4 c. of Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. of pumpkin (I use cooked neck pumpkin)
1 egg (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. bag Nestles' mini-chocolate chips

Combine butter, Crisco and sugar and cream together. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
