PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. flour (may need to add more)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 egg
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 small pkg. chocolate chips

Set oven to 375°F. Soften butter, then cream in sugar. Add egg and pumpkin; mix well. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves a little at a time. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
