1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt the chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter together.

Pour over the Crispix cereal. Stir to coat cereal well.

Pour into a grocery sack - large brown bag - with the 2 cups of powdered sugar and shake well. Pour onto a surface to cool.

Store in refrigerator.
