VEGETARIAN CASSEROLE 
Saute in pot with a little oil:

Other ingredients: 2 lb. ricotta cheese 2 c. sour cream 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Starting with vegetables, layer the above ingredients in a casserole dish. End with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
