GREEK VEGETABLE STEW 
2 chopped onions
1 lb. green string beans, break in 1/2
1 pkg. frozen or fresh chopped spinach
4 c. water
6 zucchini, cut up
1 c. yellow squash sliced
1 to 2 c. celery leaves
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 tsp. salt
8 slices lemon

Lightly brown onions in a hot dry skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook covered, 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with a lemon slice in each bowl. Serves 8.
