3 doz. lady fingers 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet Hershey's mini chips 1 pt. heavy cream 1 pot espresso or strong coffee Dip lady fingers into espresso quickly so that they do not break apart. Layer in a baking dish. Whip heavy cream and place some on first layer of lady fingers. Sprinkle cocoa and chocolate chips on cream. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and chocolate. Keep refrigerated. If lady fingers are unavailable, check the recipe for lady fingers in this clever cookbook.
