CASHEW CHICKEN 
8 pieces chicken, boil and debone
2 c. celery
2 1/2 c. beef broth
2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cashews

Cut chicken in pieces, roll in flour and fry in a little oil. Pour off oil, mix broth and cornstarch then add everything else. Save 1/4 cup cashews to spread on top. Simmer on stove for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
