ONION SAGE DRESSING 
2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. reduced calorie butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. sage leaves
1/2 c. canned chicken broth
2 slices white bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Dash salt

In 9 inch skillet, heat butter, add celery, onion and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. 1 serving - 1/2 bread, 1/2 vegetable, 1 fat, 5 optional calories.
