BACON-BROILED SCALLOPS 
24 lg. sea scallops
12 slices bacon
Salt and pepper
1 lemon, cut in wedges for garnish

Step 1: Rinse scallops with running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Preheat broiler.

Step 2: Cut each piece of bacon in half, wrap each around a scallop. Secure with a toothpick.

Step 3: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Broil 8 to 10 minutes turning frequently so bacon will cook evenly. Remove toothpicks. Garnish with lemon wedges.
