1 egg
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper

Beat egg and add to melted cheese. Stir well add seasonings. Spread on toast rounds. Garnish top with crisp crumbled bacon. Place under broiler and cook rapidly 1 to 2 minutes.
