ARIZONA BAR-B-Q BEANS 
Soak 1 pound of small Navy beans in 4 cups of water overnight. Drain beans, reserving 1 cup of water. Place beans in large saucepan or crock pot. Add the water and:

1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dehydrated onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) bottle BBQ sauce

Simmer about 6 hours or until tender. Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
