BAR-B-QUE BEAN POT 
1 1/2 lb. pork roast
3 cans med. size pork & beans
Buttered bread crumbs (approx. 1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. brown sugar
Mustard to taste
Dash of hot sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Ketchup to taste

Roast pork roast (plain). Cool. Cut into lean pieces (throw away fat). Mix with mustard, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans, mix well. Put in heavy casserole (bean pot). Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Dot with ketchup. Cook for several hours (the longer the better) at 275 to 300 degrees. 6 servings.
