BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli, chopped (flowers only)
8 green onions, chopped
5 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. olives, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Pour dressing over ingredients and mix well.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine and blend until smooth.
