TORTILLA SOUP 
8 skinless chicken breast, cooked & chopped up
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
4 cans Swanson chicken broth
2 cans celery soup
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans diced Rotel tomatoes
1/2 a handful cilantro, chopped
1 avocado
Chips, crushed
Monterey cheese

In pan cook chicken in the chicken broth, water and celery soup. Add all ingredients except last 3. When chicken is done, take out and let cool, then cut up. Put back into pot and cook until all vegetables are done. In each serving bowl, cut up some avocado, crush chips and grated cheese.
