CRISPY CHICKEN 
4 c. Rice Krispies (crushed to 2 c.)
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 lbs. frying chicken pieces
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Stir paprika into Rice Krispies, put in shallow dish. In second dish beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and mix. Dip chicken in batter, then cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up in well- greased or foil-lined baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Do not cover pan or turn chicken.
