TOMATO PUDDING | |
1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. cubed soft bread 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree 1/4 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt Melt butter and pour over bread and toss. Heat the tomato puree, water, salt, and brown sugar. Simmer five minutes and pour over bread cubes. Toss. Bake at 350 degrees in a covered casserole for 45 minutes. |
