DELICIOUS TOMATO PUDDING 
1 qt. can tomatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. boiling water
4-5 c. white bread, cut in tiny cubes
1/2 c. melted butter

Strain tomatoes through a sleeve, release every drop of juice. Add to brown sugar and salt. Stir well. Add boiling water and let it bubble 2 or 3 minutes. Cut bread and put in a casserole dish. Pour melted butter over bread. Stir and add tomato mixture. Bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Tomato juice can be used.
