APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
4 cups tart apples, sliced

Mix butter, sugar and flour. Place apple slices in a 8x8 pan. Sprinkle butter topping over apples.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.
