APPLE CRISP 
2 c. apples (about 4 large), sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
cinnamon

Mix together and spread in bottom of greased pan the apples, granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste over apples.

Topping:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda together. Put topping on top of the apples and pack down.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
