PUMPKIN ICE CREAM SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together and press into a 9 inch pan. Combine:

1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves

Fold in:

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Pour into crumb lined pan. Cover; freeze until firm. Cut into squares, about 20 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream and pecans if desired. Makes 9 (3 inch) squares.
