CHOCOLATE MACAROONS 
2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 1/2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together sugar, salt and cornstarch. Mix in remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
