ITALIAN GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES 
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients in non-stick pan and cook until beans are tender but crisp, approximately 15-20 minutes.
