CASHEW CHEDDAR SALAD 
1 pkg. (sm.) lime gelatin
1 c. liquid (water and-or juice from pineapple)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. non-dairy whipped topping
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped cashews

Boil liquid. Dissolve gelatin in liquid and cool. Add mayonnaise and pineapple. Fold in whipped topping, cheese and nuts. Pour into gelatin mold and chill until firm.
