TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Lettuce
1 or 2 tomatoes
1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
Nacho chips
Salsa or taco sauce

Chop lettuce and tomatoes in small pieces and place in large bowl. Prepare ground beef and taco seasonings according to package instructions. Add to vegetables in bowl. Stir in grated cheddar cheese. Serve over nacho chips. Top with salsa or taco sauce to taste. Serve 4 to 6.
