1 lg. daikon (4 c. cubed) 2 gobo (1 c. diced) 1 konnyaku (1 c. diced) 6 potatoes (1 c. diced) 2 aburage, chopped 1/2 c. black beans, cooked 2 lg. shitake and stock 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. soy sauce Pinch ajinomoto Place daikon in pan. Parboil gobo and konnyaku, drain and place on top of daikon. Cut soaked shitake and add above with stock. Cook daikon mixture and just before done, add other vegetables. When everything is tender, add soy sauce, sugar and ajinomoto and simmer. |
