HAWAIIAN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
8 lg. pork chops
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
2 cans pineapple, crushed (16 oz. size)

Flour and brown chops in oil. Make sauce of rest of ingredients. Pour sauce over chops and simmer for 1 h our. Serves 8.
