CORNMEAL PONE 
3 c. yellow cornmeal
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raisins
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Boil cornmeal with 1/4 teaspoon salt until thick and mushy. Remove from stove and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Combine butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to mixture.

In another bowl, dampen raisins with milk and flour. Combine with cornmeal mixture. Put into a large baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
