HAMBURGER CONE PONE PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. canned tomatoes 1/3 c. onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. chili powder 1 c. drained pinto beans 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. corn bread batter Brown meat and onion in melted shortening; add tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add beans. Pour meat mixture in greased baking dish and top with corn bread batter. Spread carefully with wet knife. Bake in hot 425 degree oven for 12 minutes. |
