3 eggs, beaten
12 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, cooked & drained
3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour

Combine all, bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
