PORK CHOP VINO MARINADE 
2 lb. pork chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2/3 c. white wine
1/2 minced garlic

Rub chops with garlic, salt, cumin and pepper. Place chops in baking dish, piercing each with a fork. Pour wine over pork chops. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 35 minutes. Baste with excess wine while baking.
