GARLIC GRITS 
2 c. instant grits
1 (5 oz.) roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
Milk
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook grits according to directions on package. Cut butter and garlic cheese into small bits; add to cooked grits while hot. Beat eggs; add milk to make 1 cup. Add salt and pepper. Stir into grits, turn into buttered 1 1/4 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese. Bake 15 minutes more.
