CREAM CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Drain pineapple, reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy; beat in reserved juice and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, several hours for flavors to blend. Serve with peeled and seeded melons, apples, pears. Serves 12.
