1 med. apple, sliced (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) pork & beans
6 oz. smoked sausage links, thinly sliced
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of cayenne

In small saucepan cook apples and onions in small amount of water, boiling 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain. In large mixing bowl stir all ingredients together. Turn into cassserole. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees in oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, stirring once.
