ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) can artichokes (in water)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can French-style green beans
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 lg. onions, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 pods garlic, chopped

Drain water from artichokes and beans. Cut artichokes in 4 parts. Saute onions and garlic in oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Place in loaf pan. Cook 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Use as side dish with any meat.
