ICE CREAM ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Grease pan, line pan with foil and grease foil also. Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove while hot and roll. (Roll cake alone, do not roll with foil.) Roll slowly! After cake is rolled, cover with same foil to cool. When cooled, unwrap and fill with ice cream. Re- roll again and cover with foil. Freeze until ready to use.
