BUSY LADY'S HOT ROLLS 
1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 1/2 c. flour (do not use all flour at once)

In a warm bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand until foamy. Mix in rest of ingredients; add only enough flour to make a spongy dough. Work out and place in warm bowl, place bowl in a sink with warm water. Let rise to twice its size. Work out again and roll out and cut rolls.

(Hold a roll by both sides and pull lengthwise. Dip one end into oil and fold oiled end over other end and place with floured side down in an oiled baking pan.) Let rise to twice its size and bake at 450 degrees until brown. Brush with butter and serve.
