2 c. wine (ruby or tawny port) 3 c. sugar 1/2 bottle fruit pectin Mix wine and sugar in top of double boiler. Put over boiling water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. At once, stir in pectin. Pour into hot 5 medium glasses. Cover at once with paraffin. |
