FARMER'S BREAKFAST 
1/2 pkg. frozen hash browns
Fresh mushrooms
1/4 head cabbage
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
2 slices ham or bacon
1 stalk broccoli
Salt & pepper
4 eggs

Cook hash browns in skillet with vegetable oil, after 5 or 10 minutes add cabbage and mushrooms (4 or 5). Add green peppers, onion, ham or bacon and salt and pepper. Then add broccoli and cook 10 minutes more. Crack eggs over all and keep flipping over and over. Serve with muffins or toast.
