SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Thaw and drain vegetables. Open leaves of artichokes. Mix vegetables, soups and 3/4 cup cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
