CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS 
1 stick butter
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 c. dark rum
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate morsels
3 tbsp. half and half

Place butter in large bowl. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes or until melted. Using hands, form 1" balls. Refrigerate on cookie sheet until firm.

In a large bowl, combine chocolate and half and half. Microwave on medium high until chocolate is melted, about 1 or 2 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Dip tops of balls into chocolate and place on cookie sheet until chocolate hardens and cools. Makes about 3 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
