SHOE PEG SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French cut green beans
1 can Petite Pois
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil

Heat dressing and set aside. Mix vegetables, add dressing and refrigerate. Improves with age.
