6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. box chopped spinach

Cook and drain spinach. Beat eggs. Add other ingredients, one at a time and mix well. Grease square pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Shut oven and leave in for a minute.
