LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 stalks celery, diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Grated Parmesan cheese

Break lettuce into pieces. Add celery and onions in layers with lettuce. Mix sour cream and sugar; drizzle over lettuce, celery and onions. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar; drizzle over sour cream mixture. Crumble bacon and spread on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving. DO NOT TOSS!
