CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add water to Jello. Add lemon juice. Add evaporated milk, whipped. Press graham cracker crumbs. Pour filling in. Sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top.
