CANDIED BRANDIED CRANBERRIES 
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. fresh cranberries
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. brandy

Arrange cranberries evenly in a single layer, in 2 lightly greased jelly roll pans; pour sugar evenly over cranberries in each pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon cranberries into a large mixing bowl; add brandy, and mix well. Cool completely. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate up to 1 week, and serve chilled. Yield: 12 servings.
