PINEAPPLE BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. soft butter

Combine until crumbly. Press half of mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Into the other half add:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg - beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix and pour over the first crumbs in pan. Bake at 350 degrees. When done, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
