6 slices of bread
6 eggs
3 thin slices of bacon, raw
Butter

Butter one side of bread. Place in broiler and brown lightly. Separate egg whites and beat until stiff. Pile on toasted bread slices. Drop yolk into center gently. Put 1/2 slice of bacon on either side of egg yolk. Brown under broiler. Salt and pepper to taste.
