CHILI BEANS 
2 lb. lean hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lg. (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, pureed in a blender
1 green sweet bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans

Brown the beef along with the onion, garlic, and chili powder. When the meat is brown and the onion clear, drain the fat and add remaining ingredients, including the beans. Simmer for at least 2 to 3 hours or all day until all is flavorful and the beans are tender.
