APPLE CRISP 
6 to 7 tart apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. safflower oil

Place apples in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
